At The Designcraft Studio, we stand behind our work. Because every box is hand-built by me and my sons to an heirloom standard, we offer a 60-day return policy.
If 60 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Custom Engraved Items Please note that custom engraved orders are non-refundable as they are permanently personalized to your specifications. We send a digital proof for every engraving to ensure you are 100% happy with the design before we begin. If there is an error on our part with the engraving, we will make it right.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges for Damaged Goods We take immense pride in our quality, but if an item arrives defective or damaged during shipping, we will replace it immediately. Please email us at mick@thedesigncraftstudio.com with a photo of the damage to begin the exchange process.
